Clients can expect a professional experience that is tailored to their needs. I will always check your pelvic alignment because I find it can influence pain. I may want to do some manual stretching with you where you relax and I do the work. I may ask you to wear or bring some shorts and a tee shirts for the manual stretching. I will utilize a gentle form of myofascial release from John Barnes, PT appropriate for licensed massage therapists and combine this with therapeutic massage for your session.
You can be assured that the session will not be painful, eventhough I will address your areas of pain. It will also be relaxing in a stress free environment.
