I am pleased to have the opportunity to share my very positive experience as a client of Anne Clay's, LMT and the immense benefits I have received as a result of her expertise in Myofascial Release Therapy. 

I have undergone two major spinal fusions surgeries in the past 6 years and I learned of Anne and the benefits of Myofascial Release after my first fusion. 

During the course of my physical therapy, I experienced the importance of adhering to the recommended stretching and exercises on my own to decrease pain and increase mobility, but thankfully, I also learned that in addition to the muscles needing to be worked and stretched, the connective tissue (fascia) that lies beneath the muscles can also become restricted and need to be relaxed and stretched as well. This can be accomplished through Myofascial Release Therapy and Anne Clay is an excellent specialist in this field! 

As Anne's client for 6+ years I have consistently experienced that she is very professional focused on providing targeted specialized therapy that is specific to my individual needs. This includes continually evolving therapy as my needs change as welll. She is a keen listener, truly cares about her clients and always goes the "extra mile" to ensure that the therapy she provides is effective and beneficial.
