Welcome my name is Anne Clay and I have been a medical massage therapist for 14 years. I specialize in reducing pain in the neck and back. However, I can work on any type of orthopedic condition including the shoulders, hips and knees. Additionally, I only work by referral from a physical therapist, occupational therapist or physician. I utilize a gentle, but effective form of Myofascial Release developed by John F. Barnes, PT that involves a manual sustained stretch to help reduce pain and stiffness.I combine his approach with therapeutic massage so the experience is also relaxing! .Please note I am not a deep tissue massage therapist.

My goals for clients are always to reduce pain and stiffness. My experience include working with people with complex neck and back conditions, surgeries  including artificial disk replacements, fusions, hybrids, Scoliosis, and degenerative disc disease.   I also work with people who have never had surgery, but have pain. 

I only work by referral from physicians physical therapists and only by appointment set in advance. Walk ins are not  accepted at any time. 

I currently work with clients in Seminole, Florida and Plano,Texas.                                                                                                                         

OFFICE INFORMATION  

• If a client uses a walker or rollator, the client must be able to get on and off the table by themselves and be able to move around the table by themselves. If you needed assistance with these functions you must have a person with you to assist you.   Legally,  I can not assist the client on or off the table or in any other capacity in the office. 
• The Seminole Florida office is not wheelchair accessible. The Plano, Texas office is wheel chair accessible,  but the massage table is not adjustable. However, modifications can be made. Please contact me for more information.
